CONSTRUCTION FEATURES - COMPONENTS
HYDRAULIC PART
KVC multi-stage centrifugal electric pumps.
Base in galvanized sheet metal complete with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet.
Intake and delivery manifolds in AISI 304 steel.
Ball valves with suction and delivery union of each pump.
Suction check valves of each pump.
2 AISI 304 stainless steel caps for closing the manifolds.
Radial pressure gauge with shut-off valve.
1 8 liter membrane tank (optimizes the number of pump starts).
ELECTRICAL PART
1 Active Driver Plus module on the delivery of each pump (see notes on Active Driver Plus at the beginning of the paragraph). 1 protection switchboard.
MULTI INVERTER SYSTEM WITH ACTIVE DRIVER PLUS
The inverter continuously regulates the rotation speed of an electric pump, so as to maintain a constant pressure as the flow rate varies. The other electric pumps, always at variable speed, are inserted in cascade, after the first has reached maximum speed and, by modulating, compensate for the pressure fluctuations in the system. At each operating cycle it is possible to set the restart switching on a different pump, in order to guarantee uniform use of all the electric pumps.
It is also possible to set working times for each pump, with operation switching after the set time. The “SP” pressure can be adjusted by the user via two keys “+” and “-” located on the AD (generally all pumps are set at the same pressure value).
