Boiler cover The boiler cover that protects the external boilers from atmospheric agents, guaranteeing an elegant and long-lasting aesthetic.
The boiler covers, especially those insulated internally, isolate the boiler from the outside in an optimal way, and protect it from the frost in winter, from the scorching sun in summer and from atmospheric agents in general: rain, snow and wind
The main kit is made in 3 versions:
- in pre-painted sheet metal, with peelable;
- in galvanized and enamelled sheet metal after the production process;
- in special aluminum resistant to corrosion even in the presence of the most aggressive atmospheric agents
The assembly of the MAIN KIT occurs using corner elements inserted into the box profiles and blocked with clips. These box profiles allow the cuts in the sheet metal to be hidden to guarantee users the best accident prevention protection. The anti-cut system created on the panels allows for safe assembly and easy installation.
The upper panel of the MAIN KIT has a large opening, useful for the smoke outlets of the various warmers; another panel, designed for the insertion of our smoke vents, is placed below the previous one, closing all the spaces for good resistance to wind and rain.
On the lower panel there is an opening of suitable size for the passage of combustion air and to facilitate the assembly of the various boiler users.
The door is equipped with a universal lock, complete with steel knob and lock, as well as an elegant smoke-coloured porthole which allows an excellent view of the pilot flame and the burner.
The KIT MAIN boiler covers are also available in the version for built-in boilers and all are supplied in a small suitcase package to optimize transport and space.
